2. A digital guidebook with all the house info you need and recommendations of my favorite activities and restaurants.
Please remember you’re staying in a person’s house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but please note there is nobody living on-site 24/7.
For non-emergency issues, I do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart.
☞ All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with parents
☞ 8 people max, we charge per guest, please have an accurate guest count
☞ Approved Pets are allowed with permission and are subject to a pet fee. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged $250/pet and you will be asked to leave immediately.
☞ There is a doorbell camera next to the front door and a camera overlooking the driveway, both in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave immediately.
☞ No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/ other things that are beyond our control
☞ We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more if you’re booking an extended stay
☞ Events/parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1,000 fine. A party / event is in effect any time the guest count exceeds either the maximum allowable on the property or the number of guests booked.
☞ If interested in a late checkout/early check-in, please ask. The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all:1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $501-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $1002-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200
☞ Smoking is ONLY permitted outside on the patio. If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind left on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on flat surfaces, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $250 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee***
